Curious to know what a custom choreographed wedding dance is like? Curious to know what it's like to work with EDF? Curious to know if it's for you? Want to meet other couples like you? EDF is hosting an OPEN HOUSE for Wedding Couples March 4, 2018 at 2pm. Come take a free lesson with us and learn some moves for your Wedding Day!  ​We look forward to meeting you and answering any of your questions about dance and your journey to the dance floor!
Note that registration is required. We will send you the location once you have registered. Register with the form on this page. Please bring a pair of indoor shoes that you will dance in (not runners).

We are excited to bring you this illuminating and transformational yoga workshop. Using a gentle flow yoga we will awaken the body and realign with our divine selves. We will then explore our intentions through a guided meditation in the serene and warm environment using aromatherapy. Certified Yoga Instructor & Reiki Master Andrea will interweave Reiki throughout the session and postures. We will align with our highest and best selves so that we can bring our light to the world. 
This workshop will help you release stress and shed expectations that no longer serve you, while realigning your goals and intentions as we transition into the new season of Spring!

LADIES BRAZILIAN SAMBA WORKSHOP
FEBRUARY 11th, 2018 2 - 4 PM
Have you ever wanted to be able to dance samba like the famous Samba Ladies of the Brazilian Carnival?! Then this is the opportunity for you. The session will consist of learning the fundamental techniques of Samba for Carnival and choreography from the best hits of Carnival. You'll be able to dance the night away from Folklorama to Rio de Janiero! As part of the workshop, you will be able to audition for the Brazilian Ladies Samba Corps !
